    The cognitive and physical interactive challenges in both our Mobile Learning Initiatives and at the Catalyst Center for Action Learning surface group dynamics, creating insights through guided debriefs after each challenge. Participants grow to understand the dynamics and stages of team development. We take a hard look at the behaviors of individual contributors as well as the group as a whole to understand the accumulative impact each member’s behavior has on impeding or reaching organizational goals.
