In this 2 or 3-day interactive workshop participants experience and apply The Five Practices leadership model through video cases, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, lectures, and outdoor action learning. This workshop includes the leading industry 360-degree assessment tool, The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). The LPI is a highly refined behavioral based 360-degree survey instrument which collects data on the frequency with which one exhibits 30 leadership behaviors. Participants recieve valid and reliable feedback on how other perceive them as leaders.
Participants learn, experience and apply principles from the book. They will analyze their team and or personal assessment results against the model to identify personal and team strengths and gaps. Most importantly, participants will develop a personal or organizational vision, and a committed action plan to focus and reinforce growth and change.
